• Experience Dyslexia Workshop

  • Under PIPA, we are obliged to inform you of the information we collect and hold on you and your child(ren), what we use it for, who we share it with and for how long we keep it. Your responses to this form are collected and held in order to prepare for the workshop, and to ensure we can communicate with you about any changes. After the workshop, participants names are kept alongside the date of the workshop. You reserve the right to request your name be removed at any time.

  • Experience Dyslexia Workshop

  • During this 3 hour workshop, participants will engage in 6 guided activities that help them understand the challenges and frustrations faced by individuals with language-based learning differences.

    Location: The Reading Clinic (library)

    9:00 - 12:00 - Parent Workshop (note: this workshop is reserved for parents and guardians of current clients of The Core Reading Programme). This workshop is at no cost to the families. 

     

    1:30 - 4:30 - Community Workshop (available to members of the public who are interested in learning more about dyslexia and language-based learning differences). The cost is $30 per participant. 

  • $30 payment can be made on the day or via direct deposit.
