  • Study Smarter Workshop Series

    For students ages 10 - 14
  • This interactive small-group workshop led by Executive Function Coach, Susannah Cole, equips students with the science-backed tools they need to study smarter, not harder. Designed for upper elementary and middle school students, the sessions focus on:

🧠 How the brain learns best – understanding memory, attention, and why multitasking doesn’t work.

📚 Effective and efficient study strategies – proven techniques like retrieval practice, spaced repetition, and active learning.

📅 Planning and prioritizing – how to break down assignments, create a realistic study plan, and manage time.

🚀 Overcoming procrastination – practical steps to “get started” and keep momentum going.

Students leave with a personalized toolkit of strategies they can immediately apply to homework, test prep, and projects. The small-group format keeps the sessions engaging, collaborative, and fun.

Outcome: Students walk away with greater confidence in their ability to manage schoolwork, less stress around studying, and skills that will support them across all subjects.
